How can I get involved?

Jesus told us, his disciples, to make disciples of all nations. One of the most important values of this church is our mission to the world. It begins in our own community, and spreads overseas to every nation.

Bay Church is very active in our community! Jesus said in Acts 1:8 “…. and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria, and all the ends of the earth.” We know the first place to reach beyond the walls of our church is our own backyard. Our largest events are our Monthly Food Distributions, annual “Love Your Neighbor” event in the North East Community Park as well as our annual “Family Fall Fest” here on campus.
Giving to families in need is an area we take great pride in.  We have a monthly food distribution for those in need. This is the 2nd Tuesday of every month (rain or shine) from 5-7 pm. Follow our Facebook event for all updates and announcements.
On a regular basis we hit the streets to evangelize, pray, and share the gospel as the Lord leads us to.
Spreading the Gospel around the world is a large part of Bay Church.  We are active in sending missionaries and offering support for these missions monetarily and with prayer.  To date, our missionaries have been to Ireland, Liberia, South Africa, Uganda, Philippines, Jamaica, Israel and here in the US.

Interested in supporting our Missionaries? When we go we supply things that the people need such as Bibles, Blankets, Bikes for pastors, etc… These items are often bought while on the trip. Monetary donations are ideal.

Children’s Ministry

We are a family friendly, KID FRIENDLY, church! Every week, our classes begin with laughter and excitement as the children share news from their week.
1st Sunday of every month is Family Service. The children join the adults on Worship, Offering, Word and Prayer. On these Sundays you will see the children help run the service by leading the congregation into worship, greeting, sound and so much more! (There is no children’s church on the 1st Sunday of the month)
Sunday Morning Worship Service:
10:00 AM The children start off in the sanctuary for praise & worship with the adults. Then, any child interested can head to Children’s church where they learn, have activities, and have church on their level. Children’s Church is designed for children in 1st thru 5th grade.  The nursery remains open for any child younger than 5 years old however they must be supervised by parent/guardian, the service is streamed in the room.

Men’s Ministry

The Men’s Ministry also serves a vital role in the Bay Church community. Our “Men” can be found serving as Ushers, Security, Ministers, and Missionaries. This ministry also works together set up for events, provide maintenance support for the facility, and serve the church unconditionally.
Women’s Ministry
The women of Bay Church often meet for conferences, fellowship, tea and brunches. We look forward to seeing you ladies at our next event.

Media & Technology

Using media to spread the gospel is a privilege of this church. In an age of widespread technology, we have a stewardship to use these tools as best as possible for kingdom purposes. In the near future, All of our weekly sermons will be uploaded to our website in video and audio formats. We also maintain active Facebook  feed for additional church communication.  Follow us on Facebook for LIVE! Updates.

Prayer cannot be overestimated. The hand of God moves when prayer happens. Our Church is a body of believers dependent upon prayer, and committed to God’s sovereignty. Each Sunday, during the morning service, a team of volunteers prays for the ministry of the Word. Throughout the week, volunteers from our Intercession team pray for their pastor, a list of church members, any special requests, and missionary prayer needs. Each Wednesday, the church comes together for a special time of prayer and Bible study @ 6:30pm.
