Our Mission & Vision

The mission of Bay Church is to know him and make him known! The vision of our church is to glorify our God, and to tell the world about our savior Jesus Christ, and  to make true disciples throughout all the nations by means of missionary activity and support, to minister the ordinances, to edify believers, and to do all that is sovereignly possible and biblically permissible to magnify the name of Jesus.

Leadership Team:

Our leadership team recognizes the authority of God, and realizes that we are shepherds who serve under the Chief Shepherd, Jesus Christ. We desire to devote ourselves to prayer and to the ministry of the Word. Our passion and goal is to equip the believers for the work of the ministry until we all attain maturity in the fullness of Christ.

Pastor Jamie & Stephanie Fetter, Senior Pastors

Apostle Jamie answered the call of God to preach at the young age of 14 years old. Beginning his ministry in evangelism, he has traveled the United States and around the world declaring the gospel of Jesus Christ. In 2015 Apostle Jamie came to North East, Maryland to replant Bay Church. Since coming to Pastor over 5 years ago Bay Church has grown into an international church that has ministries that extend throughout the world.

Pastor Stephanie works alongside her husband and serves on the worship team. Pastor Stephanie has a heart to lead God’s people into worship. She studied violin through college and plays the piano, as well. Without a doubt, her most important job is raising her three young children.

What we believe:

The Bible

We believe the Bible is the inspired, infallible, authoritative Word of God, without error in the original languages.

The Deity Of Jesus Christ

We believe in the deity of Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, His sinless life, His miracles, His vicarious and atoning death, His bodily resurrection, His complete conquest over the powers of Satan, His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and His imminent return in like manner as He went away

Salvation

We believe that regeneration by the Holy Spirit is essential for the salvation of the lost, and that this salvation is wholly by grace through faith.

Healing

We believe that healing was provided for the spirit, soul, and body in the atonement of Jesus Christ.

Baptism And Holy Communion

We believe in the ordinance of Baptism in water (by immersion) in the name of the Father, Son and the Holy Spirit, on the authority of Jesus’ name. We also believe in the ordinance of Holy Communion.

Marriage

We believe marriage is defined as the covenant between one man and one woman in holy matrimony. It is the earthly expression of the unity of Jesus Christ and His church.

The Trinity

We believe the one true God manifests Himself in three persons–Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

The Church

We believe the church consists of all those who truly believe in Jesus Christ and in His atoning death, and who trust in Him as their personal Lord and Savior.

The Holy Spirit

We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit, by whose indwelling Christians are enabled to live godly lives.

The Gifts Of The Holy Spirit

We believe that all the gifts of the Holy Spirit in 1 Corinthians 12 are available and operational in the body of Christ today.

Heaven And Hell

We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost: They that are lost unto eternal damnation; they that are saved unto eternal life.

Unity Of Believers

We believe in the spiritual unity of all who believe in our Lord Jesus Christ
